If you went to school you would probably get a degree in maybe business emphasis in marketing, maybe some studying in accounting because I have done all the accounting and over seeing Matt, buy once you get into upper management you've done a lot of different aspects, as much as you could be well rounded thats handy, so like I’ve done the photography that we do in the media room, I’ve build the second website that we had, so I know to build websites, I did all the sales before we had sales staff, so I have done a lot of different aspects and being really well rounded really helps to be in a management roll now.

Lynel: I did some through school, but I think the most useful has been hands on. I read a lot, I read a ton of business books.

Maritza: Is there anything you wish you'd realized about the world of work when you were my age?
Lynel: Not to be intimidated by various different things like being in the type of business we are in I have met a ton of people throughout the world and a lot of them are are some of the top business leaders in the world and it’s not like they are above and beyond anybody else they are really brilliant people, but they also look at a problem and they are not intimidated by it and they say oh okay I could solve that problem, I could go read a book, I could find out anything online they just jump into problems and solve them, so I think having that mentality and not being daunted by things just being willing to jump in and solve it is the main thing.
Maritza: What is the purpose of this organization?
Lynel: We build the world best safes! (FACTS)
Maritza: How important is getting along with other people in your career?
